PROJECT OVERVIEW
Cub Creek Science Camp is a summer camp located in Rolla, MO, serving over 1600 campers every summer. Cub Creek Science Camp (CCSC) has over 300 animals on-site and offers over 100 different classes and courses. In 2018 collaborated with key team members and redesigned their website. Their website needed to have a custom design as unique as the summer camp program they offer. I wanted to design a website that helped strengthen the brand identity of CCSC and stand out from their competition. Their new website showcases the company as a fun, caring, and unique camp that promotes growth in children. User goals consisted of signing up for camp, engaging on social media, reading the blog, and learning about the various animals and programs offered. To reach project goals, the work was broken out into a phased approach of Discovery & Definition, Diagram, Design, Development, and Deployment. Each phase had specific deliverables, including qualitative research reports, digital presence audits, and low/high fidelity wireframes, color palette, typography, and iconography documents.
